Scott is a major project governance, leadership, and troubleshooting expert with more than 25 years of experience.
He has delivered project management and governance to major projects in locations around the world for client-side owner organisations as well as many years with one of the world’s largest and most revered EPCM contractors.
Scott’s experience includes delivery of new airports (including redevelopment of operating airports) and other assets, multi-billion dollar mine development projects in both brownfield and greenfield settings and new infrastructure projects.
Scott is a trained business process improvement specialist credentialed as a Six Sigma black belt. He is capable of coaching teams with focusing of the “exact” business problem and implementation of improved processes using DMAIC (Design, Measure, Analyse, Improve, Control), LEAN leadership and management, and continuous improvement models. He also holds MBA and engineering qualifications and, coupled with more than two decades of tier one project delivery experience in large organisations, understands stakeholder engagement and team leadership like few others.
